Q: How do you measure the baton for a twirlers?

  A:Measure from the arm pit to the tip of the middle finger.

Q: I can't get my order to process?

  A: The most common error is that your "Billing" Address must be the same as your Credit Card Billing Address. If it is different than your shipping address....Just type the different "Ship to" address in the designated area.

Q: I know I signed up before with an account...and now I can't get back in?

  A: You must use the same user name & password each time you sign on or the site will require you to re-register again & again. Website is case sensitive on passwords

Q: What is the best baton to order for a beginner?

  A: Any of our batons are perfect....The most popular baton is our Model #10..3/8" Plain Shaft Baton. It is our "medium" thick baton.

Q: Do you give discounts to baton teachers and schools?

  A: Yes, please call or e-mail us with your current status.

Q: Do you ship to my country?

  A: We currently supply many nations with the appropriate Baton Twirling equipment & accessories. You can go ahead and place an order, it will not process because International Credit Cards aren't accepted by the website. We will get a copy of your order and we will contact you via email with total shipping costs. You may also send us an email at sharp@sharp-baton.com. We would be happy to answer your questions about international shipping.

Q: The Qty or Size of the item won't change after I check a new box?

  A:  You MUST hit the "RECALCULATE" button after choosing another size baton or the quantity is larger than one piece.
